Made from chopped strands of e-glass bound with an emulsion binder soluble in styrene: this make it perfectly suitable with polyester roofing resin. 450g chopped strand matting is excellent for quick wetout and workability, excellent for fibreglassing into smaller more detailed profiles.  Two layers of 450g is recommended if used in flat roofing construction.
