Premium Roofing Topcoat - Light Grey (Inc catalyst)

This topcoat is much thinner than a general purpose brush gel. This makes it much easier to apply and will seep into any imperfections and even small holes, completely sealing the roof without the risk of delaminating.
It is also designed to withstand high surface temperatures when curing.
Please note that this topcoat is not fire rated unless finished with slate granules.
