All goods are from fresh stock which are have a shelf life of 6 months from the manufacturing date, we guarantee them for 3 months after dispatch, as long as they are kept in a cool, dark place they will in practice last a lot longer. Due to the nature of the material we do not accept returns if ordered incorrectly i.e coloured Gelcoats / Flowcoats, (however we will treat each case individually), you are entitled to return the goods within 7 days for a full refund as long as the goods are in the original containers and in a saleable condition.

If a picking error occurs we will rectify and dispatch next day.

Shipping

Goods are shipped on a next day or 3 day service UK mainland.

Please note a next day service is next working day, and does not include either Bank Holiday’s or Weekends.

If you need a Saturday delivery please call us 0191 – 4975134 to arrange.

If your delivery is important which may involve other contractors / workmen please order in plenty time allowing for any delay that could cost you money or time, we cannot be held responsible for costs incurred. Late deliveries due to courier error rarely happen, but unfortunately do occur.
We can also do a before 9.30am and before noon delivery, call us if needed for prices. The courier may call between 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday, 8.00 am – 12.00 Noon Saturday.

Cut off time for next day delivery is 12.00 noon. Please note that next day delivery is not available to the surcharged locations listed below.

If you are unable to wait in for goods please call us or leave a note in the order comments section and we will arrange an alternative delivery address.

If a delivery is attempted a card will be left with collection instructions, of which you must collect within 1 week.

Sometimes a 3 day delivery will get to you sooner, dependant on courier’s route.
